AUSTRIAN & UK DELIVERY (INLAND)

Our delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of your order, but start at €4 for an individual copy of our print issue. We are in a very lucky position to be able to post from both Austria and the UK and can therefore offer local delivery for both. To keep things as affordable as possible we use Österreichische Post (the Austrian postal service) ECO delivery for Austrian orders and Royal Mail 2nd Class for UK orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch, and then it is usually 2-5 working days to receive your delivery. Do get in touch if your delivery takes longer. If you need your order urgently, please get in touch directly for a quote and we will try to accommodate your request.

CONTINENTAL EUROPE & EU DELIVERY

We offer international shipping for other countries in Continental Europe (both EU and Non-EU countries). Rates are calculated according to the weight of your order and currently start at €7,00 (around GBP 6) for an individual copy of our print issue. Cost is calculated at the checkout so please make sure you check this before ordering.

To keep things as affordable as possible we use Österreichische Post (the Austrian postal service). This is an untracked service and can take anything from 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on your location. Do get in touch if your delivery has not arrived within 3 weeks.

Non-EU countries: All customs duties, import VAT and handling or processing fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Fees will vary depending on your country. If you choose not to pay the fees to release your item, the item may be destroyed by the authorities and we are unable to offer you a refund.

We are working on expanding our international network of stockists to make the heiter print publication more accessible to our international readers. Do check out our stockists page, which we update regularly, or if you know of a great shop in your town or city that you think might like to stock heiter magazine, please do let us know!

Please ensure your delivery address details are complete and correct before placing your order. If you realise after the order has been submitted there is an error in your delivery address, please notify us by email as soon as possible: hello@heitermagazine.com. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide full and correct address details and if you have purchased a subscription product and your address changes during the course of your subscription, you must notify us as soon as possible of your change of address so we can update our records. We cannot accept responsibility for a delivery going to an incorrect address and the buyer will need to place a new order if they are unable to retrieve it. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, the buyer will be required to pay the shipping fee again for the order to be resent (and provide the delivery details).

RETURNS

Unless a magazine has been damaged in transit (and photographic proof is supplied of the magazine and packaging) we cannot accept returns. For damaged magazines, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

There are no refunds for workshops and events, as well as our monthly membership fee and consulting services. You are however welcome to pass tickets and consulting hours on to a friend.
